Our Year 6 pupils had an exciting day out in Newcastle, exploring some of the city’s highlights. They visited the famous Fenwick’s Christmas Window, browsed books at Waterstones and enjoyed the sights of the Quayside before heading underground to the Victoria Tunnel. There, they discovered the fascinating history of the tunnel, learning how it was used during wartime, making the trip both fun and educational.
