We recently shared messages from the NSPCC in assembly, which included a special online message from Ant and Dec. The following day, two NSPCC representatives visited our Year 5 and Year 6 pupils to continue this important work in more detail. During the sessions, the children learned about the different types of abuse, how to recognise worries or unsafe situations, and - most importantly - who they can talk to if they need help. The children were also introduced to Childline and learned the free, confidential phone number 0800 1111, reinforcing the message that support is always available.
