Our girls’ football team are incredible! Not only are they wonderful individuals – they are the best school football team in all of County Durham, Sunderland, South Tyneside and Gateshead! After a long season, they remained undefeated going into the finals tournament at Rickleton Primary School. The girls lifted the trophy after beating Mortimer Primary 3-0, drawing 0-0 with St Matthews and beating Rickleton 1-0. All four schools have amazing teams but we came out victorious. We are the first team from South Tyneside to have our name on the trophy since its inception in 2007! So proud!!! Thanks to the families for all their support all season.
